Richard, a little more about railroading, Cooley the D.A. even went so
far as to take a lawyer off a murder case and added him to the battery
of attornies to prosecute Winona. ??? ------ I'm not a Winona fan
whining and crying about Winona being prosecuted and found guilty.
------- I am just amazed at the overkill by the prosecution to get a
conviction. ----- The people that should be upset about the railroading
are the citizens of the state of California. They paid thousands and
thousands of dollars for a trial that should have been plea bargained.
