Hi Barry,
Sounds like you need a GIF Animator. Google gives a number of results
but a quick check showed only buyware or free trials. A look in
a.b.cracks didn't produce anything. Probably Gif animation is a little
old-fashioned now and few people are after the cracked programmes.
However, something like Easy GIF Animator does output in AVI so this
could be exactly what is needed if we can get a working app.
Another possibility is Proshow. It's basically a slideshow producer
outputting a slightly scary .exe file but playable without the app. I'm
not sure what the minimum gap between files is but I do have it on disc
(somewhere) and will try to find time to install and test.
