PUTIN KILLS GOATS, FRIGHTENS FARMERS
Moscow - In his latest publicity stunt, Russian President
Vladimir Putin displayed his manhood by unleashing a Siberian
tiger which killed 15 goats and left 3 other goats missing on a
farm in Fuyuan County in China’s Heilongjiang Province.
The farm owner, Guo Yulin, said that dog barks alerted him to
Putin's presence, but that he was not able to fetch his rifle
quickly enough to save the goats.
Dr. Mikhal Goskomstat of the Russian Academy of Sciences believes
that Putin's strange behavior is typical of what Westerners would
call a "middle-age crisis", where for example a middle-aged man
might buy an expensive, impractical, racy sports car in vain hopes
of recapturing his lost youth.
"That analogy falls short in Putin's case", explained Goskomstat,
"because Putin is much too old for a middle-aged crisis. I'm afraid
that train left the station, quite some time ago. "Putin appears
to be having rather an 'early-elderly crisis'. After all, he is
no spring chicken. Aging does have a rather emasculating effect
on even the most virile of men, as testosterone levels decline."
Dr. Goskomstat expressed the hope that it would not be too late
to reason with Putin, to explain to him that he is not merely
a celebrity or an entertainer, but a head of state responsible
for the lives and well-being of millions of people. Such a
position, said Goskomstat, "requires a certain degree of decorum,
a serious demeanor that conveys a dignified Presidential bearing,
not a drama queen with something to prove, with his Superman
cape flapping furiously in the wind, making Tarzan screams and
frightening innocent farmers by demonstrating how easily his pet
tiger can massacre their goats."
