This is of course an encrypted message.
It really does explain how to build an nuclear
weapon, although in rather humorous way.
It's a homegrown encryption that isn't intended
to be strong- I would be really horrified if the NSA
couldn't decipher it. This is only intended to keep
away casually prying eyes. I have another encryption
that I believe the NSA could never crack, but interestingly,
the output, to human eyes, would look approximately the
same -just a list of numbers.
It is really just making a "what if" point.
This post is harmless, for amusement, but illustrates
some interesting possibilities.
