jezzzus ...
I'd have replied earlier ... but I've just stopped laughing.
after everything gandalf said on your behalf.....
you just had to "vindicate" yourself one last time ....
and all his good work was destroyed in one sentence from you.
..... worse I guess you haven't even the wit to realise what you've done.
you should read his version of events .... and at least attempt to agree
with his (more accurate) version.
>>>I've used the same basic software since '95 and it just doesn't purge
old posts unless
>>>you tell it to or affirmatively delete
More lies - I see you're using Forte Agent 4.1/32.1088 which unless I'm
wrong came out in 2006
if as you claim you've been using the same software for 12 years ......
Microsoft would love to believe that a 95 machine had run for all this
time without needing a clearout - but even they must be thinking wtf
...... your Archive .... sorry ......
your "overlooked" store of past posts must now be running into terabytes.
Even stranger ... I was under the impression that Agent used a default 30
day purge cycle by default ....
but then again you make the rules ... so whatever you say goes
Gandalf
read it and weep

[shudder]

[shudder again .... this is really very creepy]
you almost had me convinced .... but now the archive theory is confirmed
and proved
read the post .... vendetta ... I think that the hysteria is on the other
foot
[opinion]
...... fruitcake anyone?
[advice]
doc ... I doubt if Gandalf will "bother" ... or at least dare try to
scrape your ass out of this
sit down take a few deep breaths ....
then go ring the real doc and tell him you need stronger meds
..... and try not to chew the rug .... it's fattening
