The son has been identified here and there as "Charlie," in quotes.  No
outlet has the text of the lawsuit or the true names of the parties
involved, as these details have not been released, much less published
by anyone.  The Daily Caller News Foundation had no choice in not
publishing these details, unless you believe it's the only outlet that
has them.  I don't believe that at all.  Therefore, the Daily Caller is
lying.
