I think I like the idea of 'fog'.
I shall take this one forward and slip "brouillard" into some meetings
and boss-talk sessions and see how quickly it becomes part of
managment speak.
ME: 'Here's the brouillard plan for you approval'
THEM: 'This "brouillard" should be acted upon by [insert deadline
here]'
