Hi,

Wonder if someone can help me. I'm investigating how to write pages
that both display and
allow input (e.g. into web forms) of Hindi.

In IE5+ (I think) it's pretty straightforward - you specifiy the
codepage
and things work. But what about non-MS browsers? E.g. NS, Mozilla,
Opera (and now of course Safari)? What are you supposed to do here?

And, if anyone know of any particular gotchas for NS47x with this,
that'd be
very helpful.

Please note that I am not just interested in displaying content in
these languages but also in allowing users to input text in these
languages - so I'd need to setup the form correctly - and - this needs
to happen on Windows AND Macintosh platforms.

Many thanks,
Michela.
