I'm still a beginner at Japanese, so this translation may contain
errors.
"Hajimemashite" is a greeting, like "Nice to meet you".
"Watashi wa Jarrod desu" means "I'm Jarrod."
"Shine bakayaro!" means "Die asshole."
I don't know what the last sentence means, but I suspect it's an insult.
