I thought about looking it up but the "new and improved" Google groups is
*crap. I poked around some in alt.config and alt.control and from what I
could squeeze out the garbage of Google's new bastardization of Usenet is
that someone else did do it to him.
How *insulting. I'd be pissed if people tried to do that to me.
