That's true. I believe in Roman 11v26a absolutely literally. The only
problem with that is, I cannot be dogmatic about the precise meaning of the
words 'so all Israel shall be saved'.
There is a risk, of course, that it means only Jews living when the
gathering of the Elect goyim is finished come in, or that only Jews living
in the revived state of Israel territorially are intended. That's why I
always encourage people to join the Hashivah, but still encourage the
building of real estate in other coutries that Israelis can quickly go to if
the Arabs ever manage to win and cause a bloodbath there, which some of my
Israeli friends who have bought in Warsaw but still live in Israel are
afraid of.
Since you are not too young a gentleman, if you don't mind my making a
personal remark, and you haven't said you were going to retire to Israel,
although I understand you do go there from time to time, it wouldn't be the
best for you if either of those two less than comprehensive readings of the
verse were in fact the real one. I am glad that you are not geszmot like so
many other people who have Jewish blood in their veins but for obvious
reasons went on the Volksliste even in the metaphorical sense and at various
times in history, people who thought like Daniel Deronda's mother in the
novel of that name. I have absolutely no knowledge on whether the people who
have been saying "I'm not Jewish" to save their hides when others went to
the chamber saying Shemah Israel are "Israel" for the purposes of Romans
11v26a or not, and it's not my place to judge on it, even if I do catch
myself thinking on it. But for certain is that you are not of that category.
One way or another, even if it's only your keen interest in the matter of
what you consider to be dodgy ministers that has motivated it, or maybe you
justify it that way to yourself, you have shown such a lasting and deep
obsession with the points of our religion, that either you are an outright
servant of the devil or actually an Elect Christian who just doesn't know it
yet and doesn't want anything to do with it. And I actually do believe that
the first is not the case, the second, to my mind, probably is. Even above
and beyond the fact that you are likely to be in the Romans 11v26a clause
anyway, and it's worth exploring therefore every angle to help you because
like I said, I can't be sure whether every single Jew alive now is meant in
that clause. I really hope so, and pray so, but it's all in the will of God.
And, since you take such a Saul of Tarsus like interest in our doings, I'd
be happy for a modern Paul to emerge ahead of time, even if you are a "verse
twentysixer".
Anyway, I'm here for you. I want to be your friend. I don't like it when you
and Jason fight because I don't like my friends to fight, but at the end of
the day I can't stop you.
