If it walks like a troll, acts like a troll, quacks like a troll, then it
should be treated as a troll. The best way to treat a troll is to deprive
him of what he desperatly needs ... attention. If continuously ignored,
he'll eventually realize how impotent he is both on Usenet and IRL. Of
course, that may force him to go back to making prank phone calls or incite
road rage to get his jollies.
