At the risk of being accused of being someone I'm not, I agree with you
100%. Ignore the trolls and let them wallow in their impotence! Give
assistance to those that need it by responding to them, not to the
trolls. Eventually the trolls will tire of playing with themselves, and
crawl back under their bridge to lick their [insert appropriate body
parts here].
