Right you are, my friend. MTB wrote to me on July 8th as the Spencer
adventures were in full swing. He wrote a shy little introductory
letter that I shall post on the 10th Anniversary of our first meeting.
Oh, and there was one other good thing that came out of Spencer's
experience. You and I began talking and became great friends and for
that I am ever in Spencer's debt.
Did I ever tell you about the *rumors* surrounding Spencer some three
years after his eventual silence? If not, remind me and I'll tell you
offline.
