the <Windows 95/98/NT> choice links to 12 versions of PGP,
ranging from GnuPG 1.1.2 to PGP 8.0, including PGP 6.5.8.

I heartily concur in using the simplest tool that will do
the job:  this post was written using Free Agent v1.21/32
on a box running Win98SE...
