When I last had a look I could only see pgp 8 on offer at this page these
days!
In the past I found PGP8 to be a little over bloated and missing the
old RSA keys compatibility.
That's why Kidhacker, amongst others and myself stuck with the earlier
versions for the simplicity they offered.

Granted! This rar is an EXE so buyer beware? Just that these earlier
versions seem to have become elusive
Another option that seems to be useful would be from http://gnu.org
which would also serve acceptable use.
