Yes, read books by authors about how they work.  Many aim to produce 500
words a day....

Only your words.  In this post you state that you post an average of 6 posts
a day (over 2100 so far this year...).  Several (as I have pointed out over
the months) run well over 1000 words....Someone with arthritis to the extent
that produces the kind of pain you always talk about would have great
difficulty producing that much text.  That's why I think at a minimum you
exaggerate it and it may be an outright lie (as you frequently do - as WE
KNOW).  That is the basis of my comment.
