This has been happening a lot lately mostly because Tera News has been
upgrading servers. When they do this, they have to move messages from one
server to another. This gives the message a new message number (an internal
method NSP's use to retrieve stored messages). Sounds like you are trying to
retrieve some of these moved messages.
At any rate, I do not think it's a problem with your Agent but rather a
problem with the news server(s).
