Apparently in Win 10 the thumnails generated by MPC are only viewable by
Photo Gallery or Paint.  When I run them through GIMP I see a Binary Header
instead of an Ascii header.  There is no easy workaround for this. I can
manually convert each file into a JPEG 2000 photo - but again just look at
the word - year 2000 photo and this is 2018.  So use Photo Gallery or Paint
