Hi, I found using HJsplit to be laborious when I had lots of split
files in my download folder, and at that time couldnt find anything to
do them all in one go, so I wrote my own thing to do the job. If
anyone is interested I can post it, bearing in mind that it is
completely unsupported, and that all it is guaranteed to do is to take
up space on your hard drive :)
How it works
Start the application, point it at your folder containing the split
files, click go, it will join any files it finds in that folder in one
go. It will create a folder in your working folder called "0_Joined"
where it dumps all the joined data and par files after they are
processed. It writes the location of the selected folder to the
registry to use as the starting folder next time it runs and as a
start location for any further browses. Tested on Windows 7 only.
Always dangerous to run executables from an uknown source, if someone
has a test or an isolated environment where they can anti-vir it to
death etc, then feel free
