Yes, in a way similar to HJSplit. Once it is started you can browse a
directory for a numbered file and select it to be joined. After that
join completes you can either quit the program or select another
numbered file from another set to join. The main difference from
HJSplit is that you can start it by clicking on a numbered file
instead of having to start it and then select a numbered file to join.
