I have never known a woman who thinks she is hot when she is very
pregnant. In fact, most guys do not think they do either (I happen to
think they do, apparently you do, true, but we are not the majority in
the world), and if that weren't the case, if most men thought preggos
were hot, women wouldn't think they look bad pregnant. Therefore,
given that our appreciation of that look is somewhat of a "niche", I
don't think she can be blamed for not wanting to make those pictures
and I don't think it is proof of lack of value of her clients any more
than your demand for said pics is a lack of valuing her and her
wishes.
