I'm afraid Easynews have had their own problems recently, and the
story about copyright material being taken down is utter rubbish. If
copyright material is reported to a news server, they take it ALL
down, and not just BITS of it. And as Nene says, who is going to
report an old vinyl rip, which may well be in the public domain
anyway?
I am active in several binary groups, but download new headers for
this group only every few weeks. Scrolling back to the beginning of
August, I see only ONE incomplete file. (I use Astraweb). So Easynews
apparently treat their customers with contempt. Astraweb has several
'one off' block purchases. I have been using the 120 Gb for $25. There
is no time limit.
Thanks to all past posters, and happy holidays to all.
