VM have traffic managed me in the past when i was on the 150MB service... since
the new 200MB broadband doesnt officially start until February 1st 2016 when
they hike the prices up (again), it's possible they havent enforced a traffic
management policy for it yet... anyway... i am not complaining to VM about it :)
