yes, been "retired" since 2005. I put it in quotes because my life
has been anything but retiring. I've never even taken a vacation. I
work all the time still. I just dont have any income! ;-) but i
live like a peasant, so money is no problem. (it's a long story)
My dad died at age 100. He almost seemed to die on cue. Just after
his big birthday, first one thing, then another, and another... he was
still mostly healthy, but decided it was time, and stopped eating and
drinking.
I lived in Allentown and Bethlehem for about a year back in the early
70's, worked at Bethlehem STeel briefly, just before they started
falling apart.. Never actually watched Friends, although I saw it
often enough when flipping channels... I didnt watch Seinfeld either
until after it ended... my life has been a long and winding road,
with episodes of the twilight zone mixed in here and there. But I'm
still here, and who knows what else may come.
