Did I promise to say something about the Amanda/Sabine controversy?
Well, don't panic, here it is:
The same girl is depicted twice on the pages of the Japanese book
a) In the first pictorial (pages 1-7) she is supposed to be 'Amanda
Rothschild', or so, 10 years old. The age is clearly wrong! The editor
probably changed the photo set near the deadline, but not the text, so
it's all wrong.
b) In the second pictorial (pages 68-73) she is called 'Sabine Hess', or
so, 13 years old. The age is now about right, maybe other things said, too.
c) The end texts of the Hamilton film 'Bilitis' mention a girl 'Sabine',
and the very same girl appears in the film, too.
d) Somewhere in the Hamilton's crew photos a 'Sabine' is also named. Was
it in the Martinique pics of 1976 (by R. Gordon), or elsewhere, I cannot
recall, but she's there.
e) She's also presented in numerous European books of M. Bourboulon: Des
is ever mentioned. The same case with the variable photographer
collections: 7teen, Young Girls, and whatever book the csfkk-files came
from.
f) The first ever appearance of hers was probably in 'Printemps' by
Michel Eyraud, no name there, either, but clearly younger.
g) The Amanda-error was repeated in the filenaming of Yoshi-san's
BlackCat scans of a Japanese Bourboulon book 'Kitty Island'. The book
itself reveals no name. Another Japanese collection 'Child' names her as
Sylvie, but this is pure nonsense, of course.
A Cautious Conclusion:

Lorrainian/Alsatian origin (assumed from the family name).
She was born in April 26, 1962 or 1963, made a short career as a photo
model and as an actress (Bilitis) around 1974-76, and then disappeared
(sigh!) from the public life.
Known photographers: Michel Eyraud, Jacques Bourboulon, David Hamilton,
R. Gordon.

Sabine was also presented in an otherwise unknown-to-me collection
'Saint'(???, so go the filenames). The same files show also another
cutie 'Tina', whom I found from the May issue of 1981 of Mayfair (vol.16
no.5) as "Monica Seaton", 17 years old, photographed by Mario
Marnoto(?). I have that mag somewhere. When possible, I will scan the
pics in high quality for your pleasure -- and Yours, too.

2002-2004.
