Go to the Internet Archive http://www.archive.org
Feed their search engine the terms: monumental inscription scotland
You will get back a list including the 2 volumes referred to by the OP
plus others.
If there's more than one offering of the same work, don't select the
Google one as they can be fiddly to download sometimes thanks to their
"snippet view" thingy.
