Of course we have freedom of speech. Just look at our
posts in Usenet, for example. Google "Warmonger-in-Thief"
and "Bush" to see how we can refer to our (so-called)
"president" with impunity.
Short of shouting "FIRE!!" in a crowded theater where
there's no fire, or slandering or libeling people, Americans
can pretty much say and write whatever we damned well
please.
