Of course it matters. It matters to me that you belittle my question
and, in doing so, me. But I am not surprised. Over the years, I have
observed that it is common for the pious to belittle that for which
they really have no answer. It reinforces your idea of your
spirituality.

And you know that judge is not also metaphorical?

Thanks for telling me that you don't know, and telling me that I am
"dumb" for asking you a difficult question. The fact is that you
selectively preach literal, metaphorical, figurative, etc. depending
upon how it fits into your theology.

Obviously you don't. Did you berate your mother like this when SHE
asked you to clarify your position?

Are you speaking metaphorically or literally?
