The answer is simple... but complicated. On the east coast Bobby
Kennedy's funeral was shown instead of Chimes of Big Ben (Episode 2).
As a consequence the 17 weeks season was short one week and towards
the end they dropped A.N.other episode to make it fit in. The first
signs of the coming confusion is demonstrated here, in a TV Listing
from an American 'paper at the time.

I haven't*actually* researched it but it seems reasonable to assume
that whilst the East Coast was 'live' at Arlington, the west coast
filled the rest of that evening with discussion shows about the
sadness of the day's events.
I have seen Living in Harmony listed as being shown in some areas in
the 1969 first-repeat runs.
