Dear California Voters:
There was a report in an online newspaper
that public employees called lifegaurds ran
over five pedestrians at beaches in California.
Lifeguards have been driving all over the beaches
in California at random. Pedestrians do not know where
to go to get out of the way.
The severe accidents could have been prevented
if the California Legislature would have paved
a visible access road near the water for lifegaurds
to drive on so pedestrians could know where the
danger is.
Public employees also drive golf carts all over sidewalks
and lawns at most of Californias 109 community colleges.
There is no place at community college campuses where
pedestrians are safe.
The biggest reason that pedestrians are in danger is
because California has too much money and is spending
billions of dollars on high cost gasoline for vehicles
being driven by public employees on lawns and sidewalks
and beaches where it is not ethical to drive.
Reducing the amount of tax money going into the
California State Budget will make pedestrians safer.
I am requesting an upgrade of the tax revolt that
Radio talk show hosts have started in the 2009 budget.
1 ) Cut property taxes down to half of one percent.
2 ) Cut California State income taxes to half of the 2008 value.
3 ) Cut sales taxes to half of their 2008 value.
When you sign the ballot proposition to cut property taxes
down to half of one per cent, ask the petition circulator
for the all volunteer juries for every jury trial petition.
All volunteer juries will be able to see past smoke and mirrors
and CONVICT bad drivers who run over pedestrians outside of the
street.
