There was a channel on cable called the 'International Channel', but I don't see
it
available on my Comcast list. It was not necessarity news oriented, but had
programs from many different countries. Organizations like El Quida are now
using
the cable to put out their crap, so I don't think promoting them serves any good
purpose.
