Sounds like maybe that TV has the "SAP" (Secondary Audio Program) function
turned on, and that station doesn't have any audio on the SAP during some
local commercials. Look for the audio functions in your set's menu and make
sure it's set for "Main" or "Stereo" or another option besides "SAP".
