recently,,,a few months ago, there were two history-type programs
about the sparta. one had a lady who was the main narrator, who walked
through many of the locales as they look today while she told of
sparta's story. it was for pbs and was boring, imo.
i am looking for THE OTHER sparta special, that had a few historians,
they were in studio indivisually as i recall, telling their views of
sparta. they included and older woman, and a VERY learned
sparta-phile. i preferred this second program, but i don't recall who
programmed it. can anyone help
