MIKE
I am running to get re-elected to congress in the house of
Representatives
as a Democrat.
CHRIS
Evil Republicans have failed to repeal the federal version of
Rommneycare.
Republicans even passively allowed a big increase to the Debt Ceiling
without first requiring a reduction in funding for the federal version
of RommneyCare because Republicans have already CHOSEN to surrender
control
of the U.S. House of Representatives to the Democrats.
My question is what will YOU DO as a Democrat to reduce the
severity of the individual mandate to buy health insurance for poor
people ??
MIKE
I have come up with a proposed ammendment to Healthcare Reform
that will if passed replace the 2010 requirement for individuals
to buy health insurance with a 40% to 80% TAX ON GASOLINE
where 75% will go directly to public County Hospitals to pay for
uninsured and underinsured patient care. That 75% of the new gasoline
tax will go directly to county hospitals that provide health care
instead
of being wasted on the medicaid beauracracy or the corporate
beauracracy
of an insurance company or HMO. Patients who are unable to afford to
buy
health insurance or who have disqualifying pre-existing conditions
will be able to get the healthcare they need at any county hospital
to be paid for by taxes on gasoline instead of requiring health
insurance
premiums. The remaining 25% of that new gasoline tax will go to the
general fund.
CHRIS
That sounds like a good idea. That new gasoline tax will pressure
people to reduce unneccessary driving so that global warming will
also be reduced. The gasoline tax instead of premiums version of
healthcare
funding will make health insurance more like automobile liability
insurance because drivers will have to PAY FOR IT in order to drive.

the wano text editor has had its font changed slightly and the
windows events callback subroutine has been changed from
stndard C style with arguments left on stack to the pop
those 4 arguments off the stack like a WINAPI function to more
closely resemble popular windows programming style.
CHRIS
It is good that the wano text editor is still being improved
because the best hope of greatly increasing the usefulness of
wine for Linux is the wano text editor that runs on wine+Linux.
There are not enough votes available to repeal the healthcare
reform law of 2010 because Democrats regained control of the
U.S. house of Representatives during the debt ceiling debate.
My Uncle Mike is a democrat in the House of Representatives
and he is hoping to replace the mandatory health insurance premium
with a great big tax on gasoline that will fund county hospitals
instead of insurance companies.

That way wealthy DRIVERS will have to start paying their fair
share.
