CHRIS
The eighth ammendment of the U.S. constitution
is very famous for preventing cruel and unusual punishment.
It also includes a hidden clause that expresses opposition
to excessive fines being imposed.
The U.S. income tax of the past had a zero bracket amount
and charges rich people a higher percentage of income
than poor people to avoid being a excessive and possibly
unconstitutional
burden on poor people.
The thing that I hate about the healthcare reform law of 2010
is its minimum fine of $695.00 per year even for homeless people
who eat at soup lines and have no financial income. Where are they
supposed to get the $695.00 to pay their fine for not having health
insurance ??
It is my expert opinion that the $695.00 plus 2.5 per cent of
yearly income for the fine of not having health insurance
is a EXCESSIVE FINE especially for poor people who are
unable to afford health insurance in absolute violation of
the eighth ammendment of the U.S. constitution.
It is an unfulfillable fantasy to expect states that are already
broke to come up with hundreds of billions of dollars every year
to subsidize poor people who are unable to pay for health insurance.
When we upgrade every court to an all volunteer jury system
jurors will be smart enough to know about jury nullification
and be ready to nullify enforcement of unfair laws
including mandatory health insurance!!
The mandatory health insurance law of 2010 is very unfair and I hope
that the Republicans in the House of Representatives SHUT DOWN
the government. (No continuing resolution and no debt ceiling
increase until the mandatory health insurance law is repealed.
At least get rid of the individual mandate before restoring
funding for the government.)
Imagine shutting down the government with the phrase
/sbin/shutdown -h now

If I have to get a third job instead of sleep to pay for mandatory
health insurance even for poor people
then I want to save money on it by requiring rationing
of OTHER PEOPLES healthcare if they are sicker than I am or less
moral than I am.
Healthcare will be severely RATIONED for all people over the age of
60
and all smokers.
If Tonya gets an abortion that is paid for by mandatory health
insurance
premiums I will KICK HER OUT OF THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!

What if politicians decide to limit individual mandate fine to just
1 per cent of the amount of yearly income over $250,000.00
and use a GASOLINE TAX of 30% of the price of gasoline to subsidize
county hospitals to pay for uncompensated care ??

Then I will no longer be in favor of rationing of health care and
I support the gasoline tax because the roads will BE SAFER when
POOR DRIVERS have to drive less because of the gasoline tax!!

The Basic programming language was first invented to run on mainframe
computers at Dartmouth college. The earliest form of BASIC was
only for numeric computations.
Later, A very important guy in history, Bill Gates, made two
improvements to the BASIC programming language.
In the time of DOS on the 8088 Microprocessor based computers
Bill Gates added on text string processing capabilites. It is
even possible to get one character at a time out of a string
after Bill Gates added the =mid$(strnames$,pos%,1)
and then eventually =strname.Substring(pos,1)
statements.
Eventually, In the time period of advanced Pentium computers Bill
Gates eventually added graphics capabilities to Visual Basic
version of the BASIC programming language.
