Remembered for ?Sing along with Mitch,? Mitch Miller, who died
Saturday at 99, was responsible for launching the careers of many
artists, including a skeptical (at the time) Rosemary Clooney.

He conducted the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Pops at least five
times between 1976 and 1986, both in Music Hall and at Riverbend. And
every program included ?Sing Along with Mitch.?
