Let's take a moment and look at the facts:
Otis and Ray both use WebTV. ["Internet For Imbeciles"]
Otis and Ray both post incoherent messages.
Otis' and Ray's IQ's together don't add up to more than two digits.
Personally, I think Otis and Ray are one and the same, or at the
least, incesstuous brothers.
