I took the zip that you posted and messed around and came up with this.
First of all, I had to take your caps and arrange them by time stamp
(compupic pro) because windows sorts them by file name. After arranging them
by time stamp, I was able to see the consecutive slides that made sense when
arranged in order. I chose 88 of the 300+ slides to keep it brief. The
slides I chose just so happened to be the greenish tint caps and I did
nothing to alter the color, although I could have.
I put the 88 slides into my ProShow Gold (cracked versions are around) which
allows you to output to mpeg1 (as well as other outputs if you want). As a
transition between slides, I used none (cut) with a transition time of .38
secs and set the slide time to .38 also. (.25 secs was too fast and .50 secs
was too slow.) I then took the output mpg file and ran it through my virtual
dub to convert it to an avi file.
What I ended up with was a vid of 1:06 mins long, 320x240 res and 12.4 mb.
The 88 slides represented about one fourth of the slides you posted.
So, it can be done. It does require a smidgen of expertise and a cracked pro
show gold along with a free virtual dub and a paid for compupic pro (I think
that is the best investment I ever made several years ago for storing and
editing my digital media.) Trying about 4 different ways of doing it, all
told it took me about a half hour. Subsequent caps 2 vid conversions would
take less time.
