I hope I understand your message. An AVI file is different from an MPG.
To preview an AVI before it is complete you need a viewer that will do
this. On WMP etc it will not play unless you have EVERY FILE. It is no
use trying to preview it with so much as one missing file. However all is
not lost. Go to www.divx.com or www.videolan.com and download their free
player. Providing you have joined the part AVI with the 000 or 001 file
then it will play the parts you have joined so you can see if you want it
