organisations being run by Oliver North from the basement of the

with FEMA, The Federal Emergency Management Agency, and already

North spent his time with FEMA conducting covert actions, and
drafting plans for the overthrow of the US Constitution. It is
believed that he also created a division of the agency that was

My name is Matt Romaniello, and I’m excited to be joining the
Russian History Blog. I’m an assistant professor of history at
the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, and the associate editor of
The Journal of World History. I specialize in the Russian Empire,

When I find a word salad like this, I can tell that someone,
somewhere knows already what I am writing, what is the theme
and symbol (or "trigger-word") of the week.

When I found the material about Naval Intelligence and a

to do with "mind control", I said, "Yes, that is probably it."
There is a reference in the book "Me & Lee" by Judyth Vary Baker

trying to impress her with a demonstration of hypnosis. Although
Ferrie was supposedly quite intelligent, I cannot help but think
that he at most merely heard about research that was going
on and had his own hobby interest. He more probably would have
