U.S.- RUSSIA REACH AGREEMENT ON ANTI-RUSSIAN SANCTIONS

U.S. President Barack Obama moved on Tuesday to tighten
economic sanctions against Russia, due to heightening tensions
over the Ukrainian conflict, by announcing a ban on all
U.S agricultural exports to Russia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin swiftly retaliated,
announcing a total ban on all U.S. agricultural imports.
Secretary of State John Kerry voiced cautious optimism
that the U.S and Russia were able to find this much common
ground, as a stepping stone to further negotiations.
When queried as to where Russia would get grain to feed
its people, Putin responded with an evil smile,
"Why, from our old ally, Ukraine, the Bread Basket
of Europe, of course."
Oleksandr Zakharchenko, the latest self-appointed
Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic,
in a joint statement with Petrov Astrakhan, self-appointed
crown prince of the Babayagagorkagomagog Magic Kingdom,
expressed hope that this nascent sign of progress
would assist the pro-Russian separatist movement in its
desperate bid to breathe freely under the autocratic iron fist
of their beloved multi-billionaire Russian crime magnate,
Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
