Passenger is not seriously and contagiously exotically diseased,
its appearance and mental state do not threaten to other
passengers;
Boarding of stretcher patients is made:
on board of Tu-154 - via right emergency door over against the
4th row of seats;
on board of Yak-42- via rear airstair.
Upon flight departure the E-mail or AFTN or PSM (IATA Resolution
1715) message specifying the stretcher passenger on board (STCR)
shall be sent to the representative office of the airline and
the service company of transit or destination airport.
Under Article 8 of the Federal Law of 04.06.2011 123-FZ
(in force from 06.18.2011) is banning of all unauthorized

POEM POSTSCRIPT
Prose is tedious and somewhat spoils the magic, but - like a
root canal- sometimes it is necessary where surrealism cannot
fully convey all of the rational points.
It started like this: I glanced at a small article headline
saying "50 Killed in Russian Plane Crash". I thought, "Hmm...
that seems like there might be something deeper, some intrigue,
something to do with my own battle with Putin's anti-gay regime."
No real, rational REASON to think that, just 1) a pure instinct
and 2) a reflection of a long string of unusual coincidences that
smack of intrigue.
I thought, "Look through the article and see if anyone
'interesting' died."
Indeed there was: an FSB head from that area.
I had never even heard of "Tatarstan". Might as well be
"TartarSauceStan". So it seemed like one of those far-away,
backward, semi-comical hotbeds of ethnic hatreds and pure human
misery.
So I considered any "gay" angle to be at best a very long shot.
I said to myself, "I will Google- search a little bit. If I
find nothing, I will just give up and forget it."
What do I find? The first trial of the Russian "gay propaganda"
law was taking place, there.
I was not exactly surprised to find something, because this sort
of coincidence is relatively routine for me, by now. By now, I
would hardly blink if a UFO landed in the yard. But even I
raised an eyebrow at this. Wasn't imagining anything quite THAT
interesting.
This is not the first mysterious airplane crash in which I had a
mysterious plane-of-awareness connection.
I have told everyone that I know about my vision of a hijacked
airliner crashing into the Pentagon, that I passionately
expressed in July-Aug 2001, about a month before the actual event
on Sept 11, 2001. I have said many times that the crash did not
"surprise" me.
Last year, in a travel group in Southeast Asia, the small group
of 6 people included a former director of Los Alamos labs (where
the atom bomb was developed in WWII). I doubted that his
presence was a "coincidence", either. Another man in the group
had no obvious, interesting credentials, yet in conversation he
mentioned that he knew "a few people in the CIA", then corrected
this saying, "actually, a LOT of people in the CIA."
I'll bet. There are reasons for this.
I knew that there was danger to be in this company, even if
things on the surface were perfectly cordial. I thought that it
might be a "message" of some kind.
Yet I was eager to VOLUNTEER the information about the 9/11
premonition to them. That was my way of subtly (or no so subtly)
giving them a sort of "message", also. Partly, I wanted to see
if their body language betrayed "surprise" or "recognition".
I can only theorize about all of this. It is a wilderness of
mirrors. But the theorizing is probably offering more insight
than what conspiracy theorists sometimes disparagingly call
"coincidence theory."
There is one small detail that I don't mention as often about
the 9/11 "premonition". I wasn't just having a "vision" of a
plane crashing into the Pentagon. It was a fantasy-threat of
sorts, that I was practically screaming into the ears of the CIA/
NSA electronic bugs that I believed were listening, to mock them
with the sheer possibility of their own vulnerability in such
things. The reason for my outrage at the time was reports of
military marching chants about "Kill the faggots."
People think you are "paranoid" if you seem like "nobody
important" and imagine that CIA would care what you say. Well
there were many more, similar reasons why the CIA/NSA or anyone
else would have been listening, along the same lines as this
poem, or the 9/11 premonition.
Much of that had to do with Russia. One of my earlier
premonitions had been about a communist coup getting ready to
take place in Russia. I worked for more than a year putting
together "artistic" surrealism on the subject, which I sent to a
local media outlet a matter of weeks before the first coup
attempt.
Another premonition had to do with project in which I said that
CIA operatives were getting killed in Russia because of a mole.
I had no reason to say that, just instinct. Nothing in the news
justified the claim. This turned out to be immediately before
the Aldrich Ames affair. CIA operatives in Russia really had
been killed.
When the homophobic Polish President is killed in a plane crash
in Russia, the conspiracy theorists suspect Russia. When a
Russian FSB head is killed, they suspect Muslims.
Never do they suspect gays. Why?
Because, contrary to the hate-propaganda of conservatives who
seek to justify their hatreds by smearing gays, it has never
been true that gays as a group have been "radical" or "violent"
or "fascist". We are spat upon and treated with such carefree
contempt precisely because are seen as "weak" and in reality
have been pathetically passive. No trouble is expected from
homosexuals, as it would be from Muslims.
The fascism, the radicalism, the real, innermost-nature
propensity to violence is on the part of our opponents: the
radical Christian Right, the Russian Orthodox Church, the
Republican Party, Tea Party.
I would not accept the brand of "terrorism" if an underground
element in the Russian intelligence empire was rebelling against
centuries of mistreatment, under the Czars, under the Church,
under the Soviets, and now starting again under Putin.
I would use words like "retribution", "retaliation", or simply
"war".
A "terrorist" is a person with little grievance who resorts to
violence as first resort, out of fanaticism, and lack of human
empathy.
A real "revolutionary" is a person with significant grievance
who resorts to violence as the last workable alternative against
oppressive elements who have been bluntly warned of not only the
grievances and consequences to be expected, but of the
reasonable alternatives that are available. It is not the
"terrorism" of the aggrieved, at that point. It is the willful
suicide of the oppressors.
You cannot expect that the nesting-doll, riddle-in-an-enigma
elements who are the gay rebels in the Russian intelligence,
Naval and military establishments to step forward and address
you, so that you can round them up and hang them. They will
speak through an agent of sorts who would not know the names
of his comrades, or even for certain of their existence, yet who
communicates as if a ghost, whether through telepathy, or
hypnosis, or spycraft. I am grateful for that mysterious Muse.
It should be understood about people who are fighting age-old
oppression: we are beyond all fear. We are unimpressed by the
finger-pointing and chastisizing of hypocrites.
I recall the words sung by a young black man in the Civil Rights
era, in a reworded "Battle Hymn of the Republic", saying "I fear
neither jail nor grave." That is not bravado. It is just the
way that human beings respond when they have awoken to the
long injustice of their human conditions.
If the theorizing is correct, it should be made plain not only
to the Russian government, but to the CIA and Pentagon, to the
continent of Africa, to the entire Islamic world:
The issue here, the danger here, is not one of airplane crashes.
It is one of Admirals in the Navy, or FBI Directors, or nuclear
scientists who are gay and aware and as determined as myself
that these conditions will end, no matter what it takes.
The difficult part of obtaining nuclear weapons is not the
design. Contrary to popular opinion, it is not the obtaining of
weapons-grade, fissionable material.
The difficult part would be convincing government powers that
they are not Kings of the Earth, that they do not have a natural
entitlement to be victor in every battle, to say without
compromise how things are going to be, that "God" protects them
and assures their ultimate victory.
That they are not the "good guys" representing superior
morality and wisdom. That they are not the toughest around,
but have tragic vulnerability.
To convince them that their opponents have nuclear capability,
short of proving it by direct use.
That they are not going regain a final upper-hand by pulling out
all the stops and becoming a total police state.
I would say to the military and intelligence establishments:
You will splinter from within if you take that route. You
cannot be as ugly as you are today and think that you can purify
your own ranks with true-believers to such a degree that you
will have no devastating rebellions.
The difficult part would be convincing fellow human beings
not be spitting in the faces of people who someday might, or
already might be, gaining the power balance in a pendulum swing
and holding their lives in their hands.
