I think it's inconsiderate at the very least without knowing how others
feel in advance.
I.E., if you want to go to a clothing optional beach where it's signed
and everybody that is there is there voluntarily and expects it, exhibit to
your hearts content.
If you're living with other people, ask. If they don't have a problem
with it then fine.
If on the other hand, they find it offensive, then respect that and
either live with it (stay covered in their presence) or alter your living
arrangements to be with people that don't have a problem with it.
