There's no such thing as a yEnc converter, nor is the reader the encoder.
Additionally, it matters not whether one is on dial-up, broadband or
their imaginary T3. If the article is yEnc encoded, you need a yEnc
decoder in order to process it. [That means to see the pretty pictures]
The OP *NEEDS* a yEnc decoder. Whether built-in [agent, Xnews, etc.] or
add-on such as yProxy.
