In news:LoWIe.1488$RZ2.165@newsread3.news.atl.earthlink.net, Andy <N@n.com>
first attempted to communicate with pen, but the writing was small, so next
used sidewalk chalk, but the rain washed it away, and then switched to spray
paint and stencils but the cans exploded, so placed fingers to keyboard for
this:
>
> get a real connection and you dont need a yenc converter aka reader
> encoder only those who use dial up need those things i got a t3 i use

Do you even have the slightest CLUE as to what yEnc is, you moron??  Damn
... turn in your T3 line, your computer and your mouse!

Andy ... if you're using Outlook Express and like it, then by all means
stick with it if you are comfy.  Just go download the free version of yProxy
from Brawnylabs.  I use it and have for years and have no need to change.
Others will give you other advice about "dumping OE" but all you need is
yProxy and you're fine for using OE.

If you do a lot of MP3 or AVI downloads, then I recommend you get a
newsreader program like Newsbin Pro.  It's a one time fee of, I think now
$35.  You get lifetime upgrades for free and it's very simple to use.  I've
had it for over 3 years and it handles yEnc encoded messages seamlessly.  I
just use OE for picture and text groups and save my Newsbin Pro for bigger
downloads.
