The whole idea of an underwear pantyhose is that it is both a panty and
stockings at the same time, and therefore, usually there is no need to wear
panty at the same time. Some better quality pantyhose has cotton crotches for
women who might be more sensitive at the vagina area. However, it is your
preference to wear panty if you feel more comfortable to have a barrier
between your body and the pantyhose.
