I call him a cross-poster and it's nothing good with that.
You can keep asking him to keep up his posts, but it doesn't change the
fact that his posts are bound to be off-topic in either one of these
groups, but then again, maybe you have a less narrow view of the
definition off-topic than you have on spam?
