Fortunately because it is frowned upon it is isn't a regular thing but
it is not all that uncommon to have people posting 700MB movie
captures. Haven't seen anyone try a DVD yet but no doubt it has
happened however lots of people sitll post 50 - 400MB files as one
single upload. If you have a good enough link and upload to GigaNews
or EasyNews it isn't beyond the pale that it will work but good luck
with it propagating properly, plus many services won't accept NNTP
posts larger than 10MB so in those cases you're really using the
Premium Servers as shared FTP sites.

Well I am speaking of NNTP not just this group. There will always be
content complaints so nothing much to be done with that. Originally
this group posted 90% amateur and 10% professional, (there just wasn't
that much pantyhose material... heck there wasn't that much material
at all, 10 pics was a banner day), and you had pretty much the same
set of complaints from people expecting all the women to look like
models. Now the ratio is probably 2% amateur and 98% professional and
the same complaints abound.
I don't think we can apply 'that kind of expert advice' as technical
though? Also one has to be careful in confusing a poster's motivation
for calling it quits. SamIAm posted thousands of pics, speaking from
experience you do occassionally get tired of it and sometimes a
nothing remark offers a perfect chance to walk away.

Well first of all this is actually a text group so if I was to be a
good poster I wouldn't post them here but then again this group has
always been an odd ball. I suppose X-post to binaries.pics and
multimedia would be in order as well.
What I had planned to do a while ago but haven't gotten around to it
yet was put together a 'best of' from some of the various PH related
material and clips I've come across. I recognize that many people
aren't in a position to download the 4GB DVD of Au Pair Girls just for
the sake of the two scenes providing 10 minutes worth of Astrid Frank
stripping down to her sheer to the waist so I'd have to bring out the
video snippers in many cases.
Of course most of those posts will still require spanning so one can
only imagine the complaints once people see RAR/PAR encapsulated in
yEnc.
