Well, Erin, I've seen inexperienced, I've seen newbies, and I've seen naive.
Unless you're yet another version of of the usual ignorant hate-mongers
here, I'm prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt. You have a very
shallow and narrow view of Ralph. please take some time to look his posts up
in Google. I won't prejudge your opinion, but they speak for themselves.
As to the legality of "these people" to congregate here, that's guaranteed
by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
In Europe, it's guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights.
Elsewhere, it's covered by the
United Nations Declaration of Human Rights. Sorry if that is inconvenient to
you, but it's the law, and, ultimately, enforceable.
